Welcome to PCs In Paradise tech support section for computer repair. Links to tech support sites, recommended anti-virus and anti-spyware programs on this page cover mainly Microsoft® products. Our experience has been that due to the number of 
operating systems produced by Microsoft® it makes for a daunting (if not impossible) task to produce a tech support section with 
support sufficient to cover the enormous number of problems that exist with computers today. It is because of this that we have 
taken a different approach to online tech support. Through our experience we have found the following sites to be the most
effective when dealing with technical problems which can arise at any time. We hope you find these

 2. www.malwarebytes.org  This site has free trial software but, unlike other free trial software, it will actually remove malicious
                                        spyware it finds. This is one the best software we have used to remove malicious programs and spyware.
                                        We have not found this software to interfere with other anti-virus, anti-spyware programs.

 4. http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials/  Microsoft® Security Essentials is a free anti-virus, anti-spyware program from 
                                                                          Microsoft®. We now use this software exclusively.
